2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
- This is your first purchase of Simple Timetable Pro (no repeat refunds)
- You haven't previously received a refund for this product
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Go to our Support Form
- Select "Refund Request" as the category
- Provide your license key or purchase email
- Optionally, let us know why you're requesting a refund (helps us improve)
4. Processing Time
- Review: We'll review your request within 1-2 business days
- Refund Processing: Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Bank Processing: Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account
5. What Happens After a Refund
After your refund is processed:
- Your license key will be deactivated
- You will lose access to Pro features
- You can continue using the free version of Simple Timetable
- Any data created with Pro features will remain in your database but may not be accessible without a license
6. Renewal Refunds
For subscription renewals:
- You will receive an email reminder before each renewal
- Renewal refunds are available within 7 days of the renewal charge
- You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals
7. Upgrade/Downgrade
If you'd like to change your plan:
- Upgrades: You'll only pay the difference between plans
- Downgrades: Contact us for prorated adjustments
8. Exceptions
Refunds may not be granted in cases of:
- Abuse of the refund policy (multiple purchases and refunds)
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions
- Chargebacks filed instead of contacting us first
